Missing DJ if issued, corners bumped and rubbed with small split to top of spine at rear, front gutter cracked, some foxing, small stain to top of rear endpaper and inside rear cover. Ink name "Robert Edwards ty Capel" dated 1878 to title. Mr Edwards appears in both the 1871 and 1881 Census at this address in Llysfaen, a small village in North Wales between Abegele and Colwyn Bay. ; Reddish brown boards, with gilt on spine, blind embossing on cover, pale yellow endpapers, portrait engravings of Moody and Sankey inside. ; 420 pages; A book of sermons by the famous American evangelist in Welsh, with a life of both Moody and his association with the author, the gospel singer and composer Ira D. Sankey. With a foreword by Moody himself. .
