Dritte Auflage der im Jahr (im gleichen Jahr erschien eine vierte Aufl. im Sedez-Format) zuvor postum veröffentlichten Beschreibung des Befreiungskampfes der Holländischen Republik gegen Spanien. Berühmtes , im offiziellen Auftrag der Generalstaaten verfasstes Werk. Die Darstellung umfasst in den «Annales» die Zeit von von 1559 - 1588 die « Historiae» beginnt 1588 und endet mit dem zwölfjährigen Waffenstillstand von 1609-21. Hugo Grotius, niederl. Huigh oder Hugo de Groot (1583 -1645) politischer Philosoph, Theologe und Rechtsgelehrter. Grotius gilt als einer der intellektuellen Gründungsväter des Souveränitätsgedankens, der Naturrechtslehre und des Völkerrechts. 010

With the order the customer accepts receiving our newsletter with the latest offers per e-mail. All personal data are confidental and will never be passed to third parties.
Terms of payment
Invoices are to be paid within 15 days. For first orders we reserve delivery after payment in advance. In case of delay of payment, the second reminder is charged at an extra cost of CHF 10.00. Also, other additional costs are charged to the customer.
Sales return
In the event of a well-founded claim, the merchandise can be returned upon consultation within 14 days. If the claim turns out to be unsubstantiated, or the damage is the result from improper handling by the customer etc., all the costs are charged to the customer. Returns are only accepted with the invoice enclosed. Damages during shipment have to be notified within 48 hours. Otherwise the refund expires. Return upon dissatisfaction is excluded.
Place of venue
We are subject only to Swiss law. Place of venue is Zurich.
