Sobre este artículo
D. Appleton & Company, 1855-01-01. Hardcover. Good. . Presumed second printing (date on verso 1854). Full leather blind-stamped boards with raised bands on spine, gilt lettering on spine. Spine is somewhat sun-faded but still looks nice on a shelf. Light rubbing at edges. A bit of foxing to frontis/title ONLY. Otherwise pages clean, NO foxing or markings, boards clean, binding sturdy. A nice copy. Includes map (looks very clean and white, possibly original, possibkly a copy professionally added by a bookseller?) Stamp from Douglas Fairbanks Pictures Corp on second blank page! Protected in removable archival plastic sleeve.
