Sobre este artículo
The Annals of Yorkshire from the Earliest Period to the Present Time, compiled by John Mayhall.
Hardback, 1861, published by Joseph Johnson, Leeds, 768 pages, illustrated.
Patterned brown cloth boards and spine with raised detail. Gilt lettering to front board and spine. Some fading to lettering though title still visible, some fading to cloth. Boards are quite scuffed and a little marked, with signs of rubbing and shelf-wear. Corners bumped and torn. Hold on outer rear hinge. Inner hinges are cracked, though boards are still attached to textblock but only just. Page edges browned. A couple of shop stamps (to front pastedown and page one) and a couple of previous owner name inscriptions (to front pastedown and title page). Some marks to page surfaces here and there, the odd bit of marking, staining or foxing. Otherwise otherwise page surfaces clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
