But otherwise a good clean tight copy of this larger, hard-cover book (11.5'' high by 10'' across). The authors' account of their life living for five years year-round on the sub-antarctic island of South Georgia. They were the curators of the Whaling Museum at Grytviken but travelled all over the island, and all round it on their yacht ''Curlew''. A heavy book, packaged weight would be almost 1500g, so extra postage will be require from buyers outside the UK. 256pp, colour illustration throughout.. First Edition. Hard Cover.
