4-page typed carbon Agreement on onionskin paper. 8½ by 13 inches, folded. Dated (New York) May 8, 1953. Signed on last page by composer and lyricist Cole Porter; librettists P.G. Wodehouse, Guy Bolton (as Attorney in Fact), Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse. Also signed by Lars Schmidt. The musical introduced such songs as "Anything Goes," "You're the Top," and "I Get a Kick Out of You." Professional repair to small tear on last page; o/w Fine.
