Very extensive descriptions, with references to many other volumes of the time. Edition unknown. This copy is vg, having been rebound in new cloth and endpapers. There is a New York Library Academy of Medicine stamp on the verso of the title page; no other library marks. No foxing, and pages not stiff, but there is a light waterstain on the foreedge from p. 850 to the end. 964 pp. + index and errata.
