Spine is rubbed, but sturdy. Gilt spine titling still legible. Decorated page edges are mildly age toned. Interior shows age toning and minor foxing in places, but is otherwise clean. Overall in good condition for age. Additional shipping may be required to accommodate the large size of this book.
