This is a review copy with a Harvard "For Review" ticket laid in noting date of publication as Feb 28, 1957. Reviewer, a university professor, made a few light notes and corrections in the margin and on rear end paper. Jacket also has a few reviewer's notes on flaps and is lightly worn along the edges. A scarce title made rare by these notes. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
