Sobre Margaret Wallace

Clearing out my father's house, I found a treasure trove of vintage books, most from the early 1900's, with many first editions. These are mostly from my paternal grandmother's house in Cedar Knolls, NJ - the library was bought with the house. I remember it as being in the balcony area of the grand room - downstairs was a grand piano and formal room; upstairs a balcony ran around the edge, lined with bookcases. We were not supposed to go out on the balcony, as it wasn't structurally stable anymore, but being naughty children of course we did.

These are lovely friends of old, some with enchanting inscriptions, some with embossed stamps or bookplates from the original owners, and will add to your collection, or be the perfect gift for your bibliophile friends. I'm listing the books well below the suggested prices (check elsewhere and see!), because we should all have access to good books.
