Arkham House: Sauk City, Wisconsin, 1959. First edition (& 1st printing). Hardcover. Digest-sized (17.5cm x 11cm) 54-page booklet: 815 copies printed of which 80 copies were bound between boards to make a very limited hardcover edition. This is one of the hardcover copies (with custom-made traycase). Both boards show some soiling/staining, more so the rear board where the last two pages are also affected: a VG+ copy as issued without dustjacket in a fine custom-made traycase with gilt lettering on the spine.
