New York: Robel Defense Campaign, 1967. Pamphlet. Eight panel brochure, 3.5x8.5 inches, illus., date penciled on rear wrap else very good condition. Form letter from the Gus Hall-Benjamin J. Davis Defense Committee outlining various Smith and McCarren act cases, including Robel's, laid in. Seattle worker on an anti-Communist blacklist, arrested for working his job while being on the blacklist. Robel was a member of Machinist local no. 79 in Seattle and worked at the Todd Shipyard.
