Sobre este artículo
NY: Theatre Arts, Inc, 1928. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Poor. First edition, a distressed copy apparently handed-down by a series of students of Isadora and her disciples, signed by an Isadorable and other Duncan-trained dancers. Cloth over spine perished, front cover detached and pages water-stained around edges throughout.; With the bookplate of Anna Duncan with her holograph. Anna was one of Isadora's six adopted daughters and first generation of students called Isadorables. Anna started her own studio in New York. Among her students was Ethel Goodman. Under Duncan's bookplate is an inscription to Ethel from Anita, who is Anita Zahn (1903-1994), whose primary dance teacher was Elizabeth Duncan, Isadora's sister; "To Ethel this bible of our life work. With love Anita Xmas 1928" Ethel apparently later passed the book onto another owner, unidentified: "With love from Edith and Tina(? Jim?)" (indecipherable). Sold as is.
