Small quarto in brown cloth ornately decorated in gilt and black on cover and spine; all edges gilt; 237 pps. plus ads; illustrated throughout with engravings including full page plates. A bright, attractive copy, a bit erractically bound, shallow wear at the head and foot edges of the spine; hinges split but but binding firm.
