The lectures were delivered at the Metropolitan Museum of Art as a course for teachers. 144 pp. Green boards with gilt lettering on front cover and spine. Cover corners are rubbed to boards, edges rubbed, scuffing to cover faces. Spine ends are bent and chipped, particularly the top spine end that is ripped and missing, showing interior spine. Gilt top page edge. Previous owner's name written on front free endpaper. Newspaper article from NY Times laid in on back free endpaper, staining the pages behind and inside back cover. Interior tight and clean. Book in Good+ to VG- condition.. Boards. Good+ to Very Good-. Size: Approx. 5 1/4" x 7 3/4". Speech.
