Clean pages except for a prior owner's ink stamp on the front free endpaper, occasional fingerprints in margins, a mild ripple along the heel edges of the pages with a matching narrow water stain, and foxing along the head- and foreedges of the page block; spine leans to the right, but binding remains secure; full cloth cover worn through in spots at the corners and occasionally along heel edges of boards, with some surface wear along the sides of the spine and a few tiny brown spots on the rear; otherwise well-kept. xviii, 203pp. A practical guide to and statement of some varieties of benefits children receive from an education in art, from techniques of practical experimentation and materials use to observation skills and plan to process development.
