Princeton, NJ: Privately Printed, 1920. Hard Cover. Navy blue cloth stamped in gilt; 203 pps. Illustrated with monochrome plates. Sheet containing an additional letter excerpt laid in. Memorial of the life of Arthur Richmond Taber, a Princetonian who volunteered to serve with the American Ambulance Corps. upon the outbreak of World War I and who later joined the School of Military Aeronautics and became a combat aviator. He survived the official end of the war but, in circumstances eerily similar to another famous Princeton man, Hobey Baker, was killed when his plane crashed a few months after the Arrmistice. A tight, copy, spine a touch rubbed.
