Boards are lightly soiled and spine is sun-faded. Frontispiece, title, text pages are oxidized. This is the most complete history of the dogma of the Assumption in English. It is felt that Catholics and non-catholics will find 'it' helpful in understanding/defining certain aspects of the Catholic Church. Nice tight binding. Jacket: Edgewear and chipping. Flyleaves are partially separated from front and back. Lightly soiled. Illustrated front cover. Very desirable copy in protective mylar .
