Former RAF cartographer Jim Allen has made what he regards as an incredible discovery, and potentially solved the age old mystery of Atlantis. He has located a site in what is now in modern Bolivia, on the Altiplano, where he contends he has found the remains of the canal system described by Plato in his writing on the destruction of Atlantis. Additionally, he contends that Plato's description of an island city on a plain encircled by mountains, fits the Altiplano perfectly. A fascinating piece of research.
In excellent condition. Pages are bright and tidy, with no markings or browning. Cloth boards are tight and clean. DJ is unclipped and unmarked with no noticeable wear. There is a small indentation on the front cover which not very noticeable at all. Now covered in a removable clear book covering. 173pp with many colour and B&W illustrations and index
