Illustrated in black and white with numerous maps, charts and tables. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm with a touch of rubbing to the extremities. Complete with the very good dustwrapper which has a little creasing to the spine, minor chipping to the spine ends and a little shelf wear to the extremities. Not price-clipped.
