Sobre este artículo
Exceptionally rare copy of Professor Simpson's famous book, as almost never seen in its dust jacket. This is the second edition (1923, a year after the first). Pages are wonderful: no inscriptions, no apparent foxing, damp or creasing at all. Illustrations all present and nice. Binding tight. Page edges are uncut. Red boards are excellent, and gilt writing thereon is really bright. DJ is vanishingly rare, we have never seen one for sale before. Unclipped, it has a darkened spine, shelf wear, and a couple of missing segments, some rubbing and small tears. BUT it has done its protective job and is in a pretty good state for a simple paper cover - that it survived all this time is remarkable! Will be covered in professional removable covering before mailing. See photos all of which are of the copy for sale, we don't use stock photos, more photos available on request thank you
