Aron, NY: Aperture, (1980). First edition. One of 400 (#372) copies, specially bound from hand selected sheets and signed by the photographer's son, Gunther Sander. Quarto. 125, [2, blank], [1. publisher's statement] pp. Profusely illustrated. Publisher's two tone light brown cloth with gilt cover and spine lettering, beige endpapers. Original slipcase. Aside from a bit of spine sunning a very good copy. Copies number 201-400 are accompanied by a silver gelatin photograph entitled "Landscape near Heisterbach, 1935" printed from the original negative and signed by Gunther Sander. The photograph measures 8 x 10 inches. It is simply framed.
