Advertisement on rear wrapper lists 13 Aunt Affable titles. Chips & short tear to fore-margin of upper wrapper. Gift inscription dated 1843 on upper wrapper. Re-spined with grained skiver in 1891 when this, together with 20 other children's books of c. 1840's were bound together in one volume. Very rare, no copy cited by Copac.
