Sydney: George Allen & Unwin, 1984. 1st Edition. Hard Cover. G/G. 160 x 235 mm, xiv, 243 pp, notes, index. Hard Cover in dustwrapper. An ex-library copy with evidence of library labels removed from a couple of preliminary pages (rubbed through in two spots), the front free endpaper has been removed and a stamp partially covered with white-out on the half-title page. There is a small and faint library stamp on the top edge. The binding is strong, there are minor corner bumps and external wear is otherwise minimal and the contents are clean and sound. The dustwrapper is Good ++. Overall a good reference or reading copy of the hard cover edition of a book that is becoming harder to find.
