She even accompanied two archaeological expeditions with her second husband, Max Mallowan. Sturdy, attractive, tightly bound hardcover, clean, if toned, minimal rubbing to extremities, lightly sunned along top edge of the two-tone cloth over boards. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, moderately worn and chipped front panel, heavily chipped top edge to rear panel, protected by a plastic coat. Sinopsis
An Autobiography (1936) is an autobiographical book written by the first Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru while he was in prison. He was concerned that his father, Motilal Nehru, who was a prominent lawyer in India, disapproved of him going to prison, and he began to wonder how he had ended up there. To sort out this question for himself, he wrote this book.
