Front and rear hinges are both opening, paper edges chipped at front and rear pages, upper right corner of whole book is soiled, first 10 pages are crayoned on the illustrations, some fingerprints and spots here and there in the book, pencil name front endpaper. As-is, not a collectible copy of this very nice children's book. 95 pages. All orders packed with care, independent bookseller since 2011
