New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1908. Hardcover. Fine/Good. Large octavo. Gray cloth over boards with color pictorial paper onlay on front cover. Illustrated with color plates by Harrison Fisher and decorations by Theodore B. Hapgood. A fine copy in the original glassine dustwrapper and publisher's two-piece cardboard box with a color pictorial illustration on the box top. The glassine wrapper is toned with scattered small tears at the edges and flap folds, good; the top and bottom pieces of the box are dust soiled on the outside, with scattered tape repairs on the sides, lacking one upper side and part of another. A bright, attractive copy, scarce in the original wrapper and box.
