A small address label is affixed below the inscription and phone number written beneath. An otherwise unmarked copy; pages clean, crisp and tightly bound in a blue leatherette hardcover with title gilt-stamped on front and spine. The dust jacket is clean though there is a long shallow chip with creasing at bottom edge of front panel and a tear with creasing at the top edge of the front panel. "
