Hardcover, decorated paper boards with green cloth to spine. Boards are darkened and shows scuffing along with edge and corner bumps/wear. The internal binding is good, no hinge issues except for the fractional spot at the rear board, near the center of the gutter. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings. The only evidence of handwriting found in book is on the second front end page where you can see a faint indentation of where something was once penciled and then later erased. First edition thus with a single publication date of February, 1920 on the copyright page along with the printing code B-U.
