ASSOCIATION COPY, INSCRIBED by Kornblum to blank opposite title page, with original drawing of a car next to a horizon, for Ken and Ann Mikolowski of Ann Arbor's Alternative Press. Book shows mild touches of foxing to wraps, trace yellowing. Interior bright and clean throughout. Good and sound. [14] pp.
