Columbia, SC: The State Company, 1908. Book. Good. Cloth. 1st Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 47pp, 1908, First Edition, darkened gray cloth, no dustjacket. Bold ink signature of a former owner has seeped from the front free endpaper to the title page and is faintly visible on the dedication page also. There are pencil marks on the front free endpaper below the signature of the former owner and also on page 14. There is a price on the inside front cover and a faint revers image of the owner's signature there also. Tight binding, no tears. The covers are somewhat darkened with age. The author was a noted South Carolina poet and poet laureate of that state from 1934-1973..
