Haskell; illustrations mostly monochrome photogravure, but also with 5 full-page colour plates (including frontispiece of Margot Fonteyn); bookplate to front pastedown; heavy foxing to endpapers and prelims, lighter scattered foxing, o.w. Good throughout; leather with some scattered indentations to front board, and one deeper (small) indentation to spine; lacking the original slipcase.
