Despont, all with tissue covers. Bumped fore edge to clamshell case, light shelf wear, faint sunning along upper quarter, point of rubbing to raised bands on spine. Includes the publisher's prospectus. English translation by Louise Varese. From a limited edition of 250 copies, this being number XI, with the limitation page signed by the publisher, Luke Ives Pontifell. A beautiful work from the Thornwillow Press. Thierry W. Despont is a designer, architect, and artist based in Manhattan. His notable projects include restoration work on the Statue of Liberty and the Clayton Mansion (historic home of the Frick Family of Pittsburgh) and design work for the J. Paul Getty Museum.
