This volume is a reprint of United States National Museum Bulletin No. 34 originally published in 1889. This volume is from the research collection of herpetologist Lauren E. Brown with his signature on front endpaper and his name stamp on front endpapers, rear endpapers, titlepage, and page edges. Neat underlining on pages 5, 250, 331-342, 344-348, 367, 368, 373-377, 394-405, 465, 467, 468, and 511 with occasional marginal notes.
