Tipped in photo of Erich Topp, signed by him, on the half-title p. Topp was the 3rd highest scoring U-Boat commander in World War II. Also signed on the t.p. by Alfred Zuba, a crew man from the Tirpitz. B/W pictorial cover hard cover book in v.g. cond. w/only lt. corner wear. This is the rev. 2nd prntg., 1978 of this title which is but one vol. of the Time_life World War II series.
