The book is arranged by topic: Marine, Hotels, Businesses, Native Americans, Railroads, Weddings, Births, Elk Rapids Township, Leelanau County, etc. with excerpts from the newspapers arranged by date in each heading. There are a few scattered illustrations taken from the newspapers. The wrapper title is: Bay Breezes, Local History Unfolding: The Grand Traverse Country Through the Pens of Pioneer Editors of the Grand Traverse Country, Volume 1. There is no inidcation of the limitation of this limited edition. There are a couple of small snags to the cover at the edge by the spine, else this is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings. There are no creases to the covers or the spine. It appears that four volumes were issued in this series. ; B&W Illustrations; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 230 pages; Signed by Author .
