Label / bookplate to the inside front board which shows that this was given as a school prize. Frontispiece & 7 further engraved plates (so a total of 8) Complete. Pages and plates in very good condition. A few have a touch of edgewear. 694 pages. 170 by 100mm (6¾ by 4 inches). Bel exemplaire de cette première édition. Reliure plein cuir, jolis titres et décor dorés au dos. Un petit frottement sur les bords des planches. Étiquette / ex-libris sur le panneau avant intérieur qui montre qu'il s'agit d'un prix de l'école. Frontispice & 7 autres planches gravées (donc un total de 8) Complète. Pages et planches en très bon état. Quelques-uns ont une touche de edgewear. 694 pages. 170 par 100 mm
