No edition stated, but from my research, I would suggest it might be the 5th (or so) from this publisher. Comprehensive residential listings combined with typical local advertising of the period. Frt. hinge is exposed. Ink mark to ffep. Sgn. to top of 1st advertising page. The main body of text is securely bound and is bright & clean. Appears to be complete. The outer boards are rigid card with a black tape backstrip. Some wear & discoloration - but remains tidy & perfectly functional for genealogical & social history purposes. A once in a lifetime find. Includes supply & fitting of new correctly sized protective lyfjacket. **Photos will be supplied on request. .
