Card cover with staple binding, twelve signatures to dedication page mostly of athletes competing in swimming and diving events such as: Bill Patrick, Canada - gold medal winner diving, 10 m highboard; Ann Long, England - double medal winner, diving; Alan Hine, England - bronze medal winner, 220 yd. back stroke; Eunice Miller, England - silver medal, 10 m highboard illustrated throughout with drawings, 64 pages.
