Sobre este artículo
London, New York, and Bombay: Longmans Green & Co, 1897. First Edition. Very Good. First edition, first printing with title page dated 1897 and copyright page dated 1896. Bound in publisher's original green cloth with paper spine label, gilt top edge, lacking the dust jacket. Very Good. Corners softened, cloth stained and title label toned and worn. Light crease to rear board visible mostly at pastedown. Pages foxed throughout, and early pages show light waviness and faint evidence of contact with moisture. A philosophical essay collection that marks the first book publication of "The Will to Believe," a still-controversial meditation on faith and reason.
