Original owner's name in pen on front endpaper. Plenty of shelf-wear (abrasion, chips, minimal soiling and tears) to corners and edges of clipped dust jacket. Sticker and residue; otherwise, a crisp copy. A comprehensive history of bells and bell-ringing from the earliest time, throughout the world. Full of anecdotes for anyone interested in campanology.
