Sobre este artículo

New York: Harper Brothers, 1903. Hardcover. Fine, bright set. William Martin Johnson. Two volumes bound in decorated green cloth of this handsome reprint illustrated from drawings by William Martin Johnson and photographs, with nearly every page illustrated with a drawing in the margin. INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the author on the front free endpaper of the first volume: "Crawfordsville,/Nov. 21st, 1904./Dear Madam,/I can do little more/than write my name/here, and wish you/every happiness of life./Lew Wallace/Mrs. Beers." A fine example of this classic title, extremely difficult to find inscribed.
