NY: Knopf, 1971. 26 by 6.25 inch publisher's long galleys consisting of 63 leaves printed on the rectos only. typed label with title, publisher, publication month, and price affixed to top, stamped "Duplicate Author's Proof" underneath. Folded in the middle, tanned overall with some of the expected handling wear to the edges, else a very good example of an uncommon format, one of likely on a handful produced.
