Oakland: California Department of Transportation District 04, 2002. various pagination [approx 96 pages] 8.5x11 inches, all pages printed recto-only, includes plans, photos (some color), maps (color), charts, tables, very good reports in spiral-bound velo and clear plastic covers. Extensive report gathered by archaeologist for the William Self Associates from October 1999-January 2000 evaluating improvements to bridges and piers. Also what seems an exhaustive survey of sunken "debris fields", leftover scrap from dumping and abandoned projects.
