London: Richard Bentley, 1837. The first five volumes of this periodical, edited by Charles Dickens, contain the entirety of Oliver Twist in its first printing, The bindings, in red half-leather, is quite rubbed at the hinges in four of the volumes but still quite sound. However in volume 5 the front cover and spine is detached, though present. The text throughout is generally tight and clean, but many of the illustration plates are foxed, to a varying degree, though I've seen worse, Fairly scarce collectable item that will benefit from restoration. Heavy item - extra postage may be requested, depending on destination.. First Edition. Half-Leather. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

Orders in the €100 area and above will be sent by registered post (i.e. with tracking). Tracking on cheaper items, if desired, will cost an extra €8.00 - this is the postal service charge.
