Newspaper. 20p., newsprint, folded tabloid, illus., misfolded, evenly toned, edgeworn, front wrap lightly foxed, small section torn out of rear wrap with no loss of text. Cover features a full page comic by Gilbert Shelton of "The Freak Brothers' favorite 14-year-old runaway... Little Orphan Amphetamine." First news story in issue recounts the SF police entrapping and arresting 40 gay men in the Macy's men's room. A full page article with photos describes the "underground White House", the alternate command center 60 miles west of DC. Rest of issue is the usual mix of short news items, opinion, and sex ads.
