Page edges browning, tape marks on the front and rear end pages and on the verso of the dust jacket, and at the top and bottom of the binding where the previous owner had carefully protected the book using plastic and sticky tape. Actually quite an attractive copy. This book claims credence as being the work of HG Wells after death. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Please refer to accompanying picture (s).
