Inscribed to Louise Steele by the author; she was a volunteer at the Smithsonian who worked there for years answering phoned in questions. It is affectionately inscribed to her as "the premier volunteer in the Castle." Also inscribed by Bob Hardgrove, who had a fancy apartment in the Altamont featured in this book, to friends of his in 2003 on the same page as the other inscription. 597 pp, illustrated. Will require extra shipping charges, it's a large heavy book.
