Alphabetical index. -- Eye-Ear-Nose and Throat Section, Hospital Furniture, Sterilizer Section, Dental Furniture, Invalid Chair Department, Electrical Equipment, Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, Office Equipment -- Light wear to the top of the spine, corners a little bumped, page 247 and verso 248 has a double printing impression on part of the pages obscuring some of the illustrations (a production printing error. Otherwise internally fine. --. The Frank S. Betz Company was founded in 1895 (incorporated March 2, 1904) by Frank S. Betz in Chicago, Illinois. Its industry was medical supplies and steel furniture and its headquarters were in Chicago, Illinois (1895-1904) and Hammond, Indiana (1904-1937). In 1937 the company was sold to the A. S. Aloe Company and subsequently shut down and auctioned off.
