Large format hardcover with dustjacket, first printing as indicated by the publisher's "1" in the number line on copyright page, signed and dated "3 '96" by the artist on the title page, both the book and jacket are in excellent condition, the white jacket has some very faint tanning near the top and bottom edges, it is the only flaw to this fine gift copy, the original price is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included, also included is a 6-page illustrated booklet by the artist titled "Two More Indian Horses," the generous selection of art-work by Doolittle in this book is supplemented by text and poems by Elise Maclay ; 86 pages; Signed by Author .
